I guess it has to do with blood pooling when you're in one position to long, sitting or standing, which makes your heart race to compensate, and can cause anxiety. I couldn't believe how sweaty I was post-partum, especially the first couple of nights. Hopefully that won't happen to you, but here's a warning just in case :) Not sure if you feel like walking, but sometimes that helps with anxiety, simply because it's a distraction.
